On the feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
July 16, 2014, the eye of the Typhoon Glenda
struck Tagaytay and one of those damaged by the storm
was our Center.
Our Lady sent us angels to rescue us from the wrath
of the typhoon Glenda.
The generous and helping hand of the clergy of Vigan
responsibly cleaned up places which were flooded and
wet by the rain and strong wind.
They also cleaned up their own rooms.
It was so touching to see them cleaning the corridors.
The most striking act was when they offered their
time to gather the broken pieces of the the glass panel
in the chapel and the stained glass devastated by
the strong winds.
Thank you dear Fathers, you are our angels.
God bless your generosity and kindness.
Blessed are you who help those in need.....!
One priest was wounded while gathering the broken pieces.
What an offering, after putting the bandage, he fled
off to the chapel to continue helping.
Thank you talaga, fathers...
kain daw muna... wala pa kayo breakfast...
With grateful hearts: Sr. Loida and community
together with our CMCS Staff. God bless!
May you be blessed as you go back and move onward
for the good of the Kingdom!
