I have been looking for an Ilonggo cookbook that was compiled by students of your college. It was called Namit Gid. My mother has dementia and was a great cook. Unfortunately, none of us in the U.S have inherited my mother's technique in cooking. My father is getting old and frail and often ask if anyone can cook his favorite meals. Does anyone know where I could obtain one? This is the best thing we can do for him since he cannot tolerate traveling long distances and cannot go home to the Philippines. Thanks. Rose.
I was looking for the same cookbook a while ago cause I want to cook for my dad who is Ilonggo and I found a place that sells it.I got mine from Pendy's in Lacson St, Bacolod City. My cousin bought it for me and sent it to me in the US.I hope you get your coy.
